Power of attorney from Fatimah Baygum and ‘Ali Akbar to Haj Muhammad Hasan, 1863
Fatimah Baygum and her brother Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, children of Aqa Muhammad Husayn Karbalayi from Sar Chanah, give the power of attorney to their cousin, Haj Muhammad Hasan, regarding the inheritance from their brother, Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin, who died in Nahavand on his way to the shrines in Iraq. They are asking for the remaining two-thirds of Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin’s assets, after one-third of it is spent on the funeral. They also mention that if something happens to Haj Muhammad Hasan, he can assign another attorney to do the work.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah.
